Creator Collaboration Agreement

• •Brand: Mafé Pets (“Brand”), a furniture-grade dog bed company operating at mafepets.com.
• •Creator: the individual named below (“Creator”), an independent content creator.

In exchange for the deliverables in Section 3, Brand will provide Creator with the following:

• •Gifted product: One (1) Haven Bed, retail value $360 USD. Brand selects the colorway and ships it via Shopify to the address above at Brand’s expense. The bed is Creator’s to keep.
• •Cash payment: A flat fee of $200 USD, payable upon completion, delivery, and written approval of the deliverables.
• •Payment terms: Issued within seven (7) business days of Brand’s written content approval, sent via Zelle.
• •Creator is responsible for any taxes owed on the cash payment and on the fair market value of the gifted product. Brand may request a completed Form W-9 before payment.
• •No additional expenses (props, travel, editing, talent) will be reimbursed unless approved in writing by Brand in advance.

• •One (1) original UGC-style video, twenty (20) to sixty (60) seconds long, filmed vertically (9:16) at 1080p or higher.
• •Delivered to Brand by email at info@mafepets.com as a raw, unwatermarked MP4 or MOV file — not a platform-compressed export. If the file is too large to attach, email a download link (Google Drive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer) to the same address.
• •Brand publishes the content: Creator is not required to post the video on their own channels. Mafé Pets posts and promotes the footage as described in Section 5.
• •Audio: clear voiceover or on-camera talking is preferred; if trending audio is used, please also send a clean version without it.
• •One (1) round of revisions included at Brand’s request, returned within three (3) business days of the revision notes.

The content must feature the Haven Bed as the clear focus and should highlight the following:

• •Orthopedic foam support — especially relevant for senior dogs and joint comfort (please mention this if your dog is older).
• •Washability — the removable, machine-washable cover and how easy the bed is to keep clean.
• •Style and beauty — how the bed looks like real furniture in a living space, not a typical pet product.
• •Mention or tag @shopmafepets on screen or in the voiceover where it feels natural, so the brand is clear in the footage itself.
• •FTC compliance: because this collaboration is paid and gifted, any post Creator chooses to share on their own channels must clearly and conspicuously disclose it using #ad, #sponsored, or #gifted as applicable, in the first line of the caption and not hidden behind a “more” link, with platform paid-partnership labels enabled where available. Brand handles the required disclosures on its own posts.
• •Content must be original, family-friendly, and free of profanity, competitor products, music Creator is not licensed to use, and any claims Brand has not approved (including medical or veterinary claims).
• •Brand reviews the emailed content and confirms approval in writing before publishing it; payment is issued after that approval.

Creator grants and assigns to Brand all right, title, and interest in the content created under this Agreement, including a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully paid, transferable, and sublicensable right to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, repost, distribute, and display the content — in whole or in part — across all media and platforms now known or later developed, including organic social, paid advertising, email, website, retail, and printed materials.

• •This includes the right to use Creator’s name, handle, voice, likeness, and image as they appear in the content, for the purposes described above.
• •No additional compensation, whitelisting fee, or usage fee is owed for the uses described in this Section.
• •Creator may also post and keep the content on their own channels and include it in their portfolio, provided the required disclosures remain in place.
• •Creator represents that they own or have secured all rights, permissions, and releases needed for the content, including for any other people, pets, locations, or music appearing in it.

• •Content is due within fourteen (14) days of Creator receiving the product, emailed to info@mafepets.com.
• •Brand will provide approval or revision notes within three (3) business days of delivery.
• •Brand schedules and publishes the approved content at its own discretion.

By signing below, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement. Typing your full name constitutes your legally binding electronic signature.
